While I’m a huge fan of supplements, like anything else, they can be misused or overused. There are also some that are best taken in the morning, some in the evening and some should only be used occasionally.
I’ll try to list those with each supplement I mention, but remember that a good guideline is to start supplements one-two weeks apart when using multiple supplements at the same time.
That way you can monitor side effects, benefits, and any interactions. Remember, we want to find which supplements are optimal for you and the best way to do it is with close monitoring of how each supplement makes you feel.
